Part-Time Customer Care Specialist

FEED is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to work part-time as a customer care specialist. You will serve as the face of FEED in managing customer service inquiries received through several different platforms such as phone, email, and chat. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer inquiries and questions are being solved efficiently, while also striving to improve customer care efforts within our company.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day customer service inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Operate within Zendesk customer service platform
  • Problem-solve all customer issues thoroughly and in a timely manner
  • Share customer feedback with the team regularly to help improve customer service relations
  • Develop new customer service techniques and programs to enhance FEED’s customer relations department
  • Special projects and responsibilities as needed

 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be organized, resourceful, and proactive
  • Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be enthusiastic and contribute to a positive team culture
